Four weeks into internship
Coney Island hospital is the full name of my internship site. My main job is filing. My site provide health care for sick people. There are three tasks I always do there. I check the documents of the patients if there's something wrong in it. I bring medicine from the pharmacy. I also pick up the phone while my mentor is on lunch. I have noticed a lot of skills in my mentor. She is calm, respectful, funny and know how to deal with troubles. She knows a lot about etiquette, as she always greets me and didn't make me feel I am a stranger from the first day. The most memorable moment that I can't forget when an Italian woman asked me for Russian translation. Also, I can't forget when I saw a man who look like those egyptian "mommies" walking in the hall. He looked as he was rolled in toilet paper. That two situations made me burst out laughing. I enjoy my internship because the people are friendly. The most challenging part of internship is that you make the people understand you one the phone while you get only little informarion. You don't know what to say but you have to make that call.

Phone conversations can be tricky because you can't always hear so well and it is often awkward to help someone over the phone. You have to ask people to repeat things a lot.
